The unit is now viewable in your account. The approval process may take up to 3 days before it is placed on the Assignment Listing Service (ALS).

A notification will be sent to you when a buyer has shown interest in your unit and places an offer.

*Tip: your unit is editable at anytime but may require additional approval.

Step1
• When a buyer has shown interest in your unit, an Assignment Agreement is presented you may accept, reject, or negotiate the Assignment Agreement.

Step2
• An Assignment Professional or your Realtor will assist you in closing the transaction and getting the Developer's consent.

Step3
• Get in touch with your legal representative to look over and execute your agreement, ensure that you have an undertaking if funds are owed to you by final closing.
